Our online piano teacher, Rebecca, offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 5 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Music degree and a wealth of experience in both teaching and performing on piano. Rebecca has been teaching piano lessons since 2002. This piano teacher has had a multitude of performance opportunities throughout her career as a classical pianist, performing as either a solo artist or with a small ensemble. Her performance experience includes venues such as the Art Gallery of Hamilton and The Living Arts Centre in Mississauga. A regular accompanist at festivals such as the Kiwanis festival, as well as for exams and music recitals, Rebecca carefully supports and connects with her students to ensure that they feel comfortable and confident during performances. With a genuine passion for the arts and education, Rebecca has spent much of her career designing educational programs for students, creating performance opportunities and researching new and creative ways to deliver curriculum to students of all ages. Rebecca's goal as a teacher is to create a program for her students which not only encourages them to succeed to the best of their abilities but also fosters a love for the piano which will hopefully last a lifetime.
