She has performed in musical programs on All India Radio for many years and has participated in university and national music competitions. She has also represented Jammu & Kashmir in the Republic Day Parade as a tableau artist. Mandeep is also a talented collaborative performer, and has played with orchestras and ensembles in a variety of settings, including events, celebrations, and competitions. She is a skilled accompanist, and has worked with vocalists, instrumentalists, and student ensembles for rehearsals, competitions, and performances. As an educator, Mandeep has directed choirs, orchestras, and musical productions and has prepared students for competitions, examinations, and public performances. She has mentored students who achieved great success in music, including a student who was the second runner-up in a televised music reality show.
