Rokuono: Online Piano Teacher
Our online piano teacher Rokuono offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 7 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has an ATCL Diploma from Trinity College London and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Rokuono has been teaching piano lessons since 2014. Rokuono is an accomplished solo pianist with a rich history of performing at private events, where her expressive and nuanced playing creates memorable musical experiences. She is also a collaborative performer, and plays regularly in recitals, concerts, and school events. In addition to solo work, she is a skilled and sought-after accompanist who takes passion in supporting singers and instrumentalists for recordings, exams, competitions, and auditions. Rokuono is currently refining her skills as a piano teacher by pursuing a Master of Music Education at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. With years of experience teaching students of all ages and abilities— including those with ADHD and autism— she creates lessons that are patient, flexible, and tailored to each student’s unique needs. She especially loves teaching piano and music theory to children, finding joy in guiding young learners as they discover the excitement and magic of playing the piano. Above all, she believes in making every lesson a positive and encouraging experience where students can grow confidently and develop a genuine love for music. Rokuono is dedicated to inspiring each student to discover and express their own musical voice, fostering both technical skill and a deep, lasting passion for the piano.
