Zach: Online Piano Teacher
Our online piano teacher Zach offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 10 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Piano Performance degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Zach has been teaching piano lessons since 2023. He has experience performing as a solo pianist, presenting his own arrangements in recital settings. Beyond formal performances, he has also participated in extracurricular opportunities, playing at bars, coffee shops, and other community venues. Zach has performed piano in a wide range of ensemble settings, including festivals such as Sunflower Fest, community concert venues, and local bars and coffee shops. His experience includes performing with more than a dozen bands across rock, pop, and jazz styles, where he contributed both as a pianist and as an organizer in coordinating musical direction. He has also performed in trio settings for weddings and private events. He also performed for a year as a member of his university’s jazz band, gaining experience in ensemble performance and improvisation. Zach has extensive experience as a piano accompanist, including work in pit orchestras for musicals such as Rent, and collaborations with vocalists and instrumentalists in recital and concert settings. He has contributed to recording projects, having helped write, record, and mix an album with his band Lavandula. Zach is committed to guiding piano students of all levels with patience and personalized instruction, helping them develop both technical skills and a lasting appreciation for music.
