Lola: Online Piano Teacher
Our online piano teacher Lola, in St. Katharine’s and Wapping, offers classical and pop/rock piano lessons for ages 4 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Master of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Lola has been teaching piano lessons since 2021. This classical pianist has been performing for the last decade, and regularly appears as a solo recitalist around the United Kingdom. She has a particular interest in works written by underrepresented composers, and the hidden gems of the piano repertoire. Her work is driven by creative programming and authentic musical expression. Lola is also an experienced accompanist, and recently made her Bridgewater Hall Manchester debut in a collaborative recital. She was awarded a merit-based scholarship to study piano at the Royal Northern College of Music, after previously receiving a Double First Class degree in music from the University of Cambridge. Her work has been supported by numerous scholarships and awards, including from the Oglesby Charitable Trust, Derek Cornwell Scholarship, and Royal Philharmonic Society. She has gained a diverse knowledge of music and piano history through her work with esteemed piano teachers and internationally renowned performers. Lola delights in being able to nurture confidence, creativity, and high musical standards through piano lessons, across all ages and abilities, using her wealth of experience as a performer and teacher.
