Ajay: Online Piano Teacher
Our online piano teacher Ajay offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 6 and above, from beginner to intermediate levels. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Sonic Arts degree and a wealth of experience teaching piano for modern music production and composition. Ajay has been teaching piano lessons since 2019. In his blossoming career, this piano teacher has performed at many local venues across New York City as lead composer and pianist for a gospel/soul group known as Jeveaux. As president of the Music Society at Queensborough College, he has planned and orchestrated multiple original university concerts. Ajay regularly records and produces solo piano videos and tracks to showcase his performances and arrangements. He combines disciplined classical technique with improvisation and a studio-aware approach to dynamics, tone, and presentation. He is comfortable teaching with scores, lead sheets, and charts, and has experience with many of the technological aspects of music. Ajay is also a reliable accompanist for vocalists and instrumentalists, regularly supporting students for exams, recitals, and church services, and has accompanied ensembles at public events. He often uses his supportive accompaniment skills to work with students who need to produce tracks or audition materials. He composes and produces original music across multiple genres for independent artists. In addition to piano, Ajay teaches music production, basic audio engineering, home-recording techniques, sound design, and film scoring. This piano teacher’s experience performing live and online allow him to mentor students of all ages, abilities, and needs in all aspects of making music. Ajay adapts to each student’s starting point and creates a practical, goal-driven roadmap that fuses foundational piano skills with practical use to create a fun and functional environment for piano learning.
