Our online piano teacher Rae offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 4 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Master of Piano Performance degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Rae has been teaching piano lessons since 2019. In her career, this piano teacher has shared her music extensively through media, competitions, and ensemble performances. Her original works were released in an album titled “Piano Sonatas,” and several of her songs were selected to play on Spotify’s “Classical New Releases” editorial playlist. Her piano talents have been featured in media worldwide, such as Serenade Magazine, The Vale Magazine, Classical Music Daily, and Modern Classical Music Magazine. Rae’s work has also been shared with audiences around the world through radio stations, including Symphony 92.4FM, Rádio Armazém, Planet Network, Berlin On Air, and more. Her piano talents have been recognized at a number of international piano competitions. She has won prizes at the Budapest International Chopin Competition, the International Frederick Chopin Piano Competition for Children and Youth, the Hong Kong International Piano Open Competition, and the Piano Island Festival and Competition, among countless others. Rae’s collaborative spirit has led her to work with orchestras all over the world, such as the Philharmonic Orchestra at the University of Alicante, the Orchestra of Music Makers, the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine, the Oberlin Contemporary Ensemble, and more. She is also a skilled accompanist, and has played with many conservatory students for their degree recitals. Her teaching experience has included a variety of settings, including at the Oberlin Conservatory and the Ethan Project, a family nonprofit that raises awareness for autism. Rae has also worked with talented music professors to teach piano to undergraduate students of various instrumental majors. She is the founder of the Rae Pung Piano Academy, which helped co-organize the Ars Nova International Piano Competition, and the artistic director of the upcoming Virtù d’Arte International Piano Competition & Festival. She is a passionate and dedicated piano teacher, who looks forward to working with new music students.
