Our online piano teacher Douglas offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 7 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Douglas has been teaching piano lessons since 2012. In his career, Douglas has performed solo piano in concert halls across Europe, including most recently at London’s Royal Albert Hall. He has also played with the London Philharmonic Orchestra live on BBC Radio 3 and with other ensembles, such as the London Contemporary and the London Ambient Orchestra. Douglas is a sought-after accompanist, performing with Mercury Prize and Brit Award winner Jacob Alon. He has also played with Sir Paul McCartney and for David Lynch and Leonard Cohen. Douglas is a warm and personable, LGBTQ+, and experienced piano teacher who is greatly looking forward to welcoming new students.
