Robert: Online Piano Teacher
Our online piano teacher Robert offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 6 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Robert has been teaching piano lessons since 2022. This piano teacher is a conservatoire-trained collaborative pianist and horn player, based in London. He has performed in various contexts, including studio classes and masterclasses. He has extensive experience accompanying both singers and instrumentalists for exams, recitals, and performances in a variety of settings. Robert believes his training as a brass player, particularly around breathing, informs his work at the piano, giving him a strong intuition for phrasing, balance, and communication. He is organized, reliable, and a quick learner, and in the past he has risen to tackle demanding and dynamic repertoire in short spaces of time. Robert has studied with renowned pianists and instructors, who shaped his perception of how technique and music can be intertwined. His teaching focuses on building a relaxed technique through movement, creating an organic experience playing the piano. Robert finds this approach liberating and fulfilling, and hopes it gives his students both confidence and long-term enjoyment of playing the piano.
