Our online piano teacher Caeden offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 8 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Master of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Caeden has been teaching piano lessons since 2023. As a solo jazz pianist, he often performs at wineries, cocktail bars, hotels, and events, tailoring his performance to any audience or setting. He has received many awards for his musical excellence, such as the John Philip Sousa Award, the Quincy Jones Musicianship Award, and the 2023 Young Jazz Scholarship from the San Luis Obispo County Jazz Federation. Caeden has also played in a variety of ensembles, such as jazz combos and big bands, pit orchestras, symphonic bands, worship bands, Motown tributes, and blues rock bands. His personal band, Caeden O'Neill & The C-Suite, is a high-octane funk rock group featuring a full horn section. Additionally, he is a keyboardist in IMVA, an R&B and soul band that has performed at the Shabang and Fields of Funk festivals, as well as the California Mid-State Fair. His most notable collaborations include performances with Grammy award-winning jazz legend Randy Brecker and composer George Stone. Caeden also works regularly as an accompanist and music director for musical improv comedy and musical theater auditions, revues, and pit orchestras. As a composer, he has written music for short films & episodes of streaming series, and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Composing for Film & Television. Caeden creates supportive, engaging, and goal-oriented piano lessons that inspire students to develop strong musicianship, build confidence, and enjoy making music at every stage of their piano journey.
