Our online piano teacher Rory offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 5 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Master of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Rory has been teaching piano lessons since 2019. He studied composition at Trinity Laban conservatoire with a scholarship from Emmy Award-winning composer John Lunn. Throughout his career, Rory has given piano recitals all over Ireland, including in venues such as Cork's St. Finbars Cathedral and the Curtis Auditorium. His programs span a broad repertoire, as he enjoys playing and teaching music of a variety of genres. Rory is also a skilled ensemble player, and has led bands and orchestras in numerous styles of music. He has played in collaborative settings in everything from formal concertos to wedding bands. He believes that ensemble performance is a valuable skill that every musician should develop. Rory’s creative approach to teaching piano, paired with the rigorous technique of conservatoires, can help any student thrive and achieve their personal music goals.
