Gauri: Online Piano Teacher
Our online piano teacher Gauri offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 7 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Piano Performance degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Gauri has been teaching piano lessons since 2019. In her career, Gauri has performed as a solo pianist at numerous prestigious venues, including Siri Fort Auditorium, San Auditorium in New Delhi, India, and St. Paul’s Hall in the United Kingdom. Through these performances, Gauri expresses both her technical finesse and her ability to bridge classical and modern styles with depth and sensitivity. Her collaborative work spans a wide range of musical settings and styles. She has performed pop and contemporary repertoire at the Lawrence Batley Theatre in the U.K., served as the lead pianist of the KM Piano Ensemble at KM Music Conservatory in Chennai, and performed with the vocal ensemble led by Annette Philip at the Stein Auditorium. Her experience demonstrates both her versatility and her passion for musical collaboration. As a piano accompanist, Gauri has worked with a diverse range of musicians— from classical vocalists to contemporary bands to a cappella groups, including collaborations with the Berklee Indian Ensemble. She has continued to refine her artistry and interpretative skills through participation in masterclasses with renowned pianists, giving her the opportunity to win competitions and attend festivals. Gauri is also a talented composer, and composed music for the film program at Beyond Brontës: The Mayor’s Screen Diversity Programme. She also believes in using music as a bridge for inclusion, and has volunteered and performed with Music and the Deaf U.K. and worked with underprivileged children to foster access to music education with the KM Music Conservatory. As a teacher, Gauri is deeply committed to nurturing confidence, creativity, and musical expression in each student, inspiring them to find their unique voice through the piano.
