This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Piano Performance degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Michael has been teaching piano lessons since 1989. In his career, Michael has performed as a solo pianist in all styles of music and in every musical context— including television, recording studios, concerts, weddings, and a variety of public venues. He has also garnered international experience, sharing stages with renowned artists such as Rick Springfield, Al Jarreau, Dean Davidson, and more. Notably, he has appeared on the Rachael Ray Show, represented the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL's Fantasy Football competition episode, and performed the national anthems for England, Ireland, and the United States during the USGA Curtis Cup, broadcasted on major sports networks worldwide. Michael has also performed in many ensembles, bands, and orchestras, both locally as well as touring throughout the United States. He has also been an accompanist to musicians, vocalists, horn players, string players, and many others throughout his career in all genres of music. Michael specialized in jazz and classical piano performance during his formal studies, but he has a diverse musical repertoire spanning various genres. As a teacher, he has been working with individuals of all ages and skill levels for many decades.
