About Alicia
Our online piano teacher Alicia offers classical and jazz piano lessons for ages 5 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Master of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Alicia has been teaching piano lessons since 2014. During her career, Alicia has performed on piano around the world, including in Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and the United States, at various concerts, festivals, and artistic projects. She was also awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to expand her artistic studies and piano career in Los Angeles, California. In addition to her successful soloist career, Alicia is also a collaborative pianist, and has performed with the CMUS Vigo Orchestra, the OTRA Rotterdam Orchestra, and ensembles such as Sinfonia Rotterdam and DeDoelen Ensemble. She enjoys playing in music groups of various genres, from classical to pop and rock. Her piano talents have earned her a number of awards, including soloist awards from the Royal School of Music of London and first place with a quartet at the Gratchenfestival Pitch in Amsterdam and the Café Theater Festival in Rotterdam. She is now touring in the Netherlands with this group, whose performances have been widely acclaimed. Alicia is also a talented accompanist, who has played piano for concerts and festivals, musicians in auditions, vocalists, and instrumentalists. As a piano teacher, Alicia is eager to share her knowledge and encourage students to achieve their artistic goals, always with positive energy and kindness.
