About Vanessa

Our online piano teacher, Vanessa, offers classical and pop/rock piano lessons for ages 6 and above, from beginner to intermediate levels. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Arts in music and a wealth of experience teaching students of all ages and levels. She has been teaching piano lessons since 2012. Vanessa encourages students to participate in competitions and performances as well as completing annual examinations. This piano teacher’s students consistently perform well, achieving First Class Honours in examinations and winning medals in competitions. She has even taught vocal students to accompany themselves on piano for recitals. In her own musical career, Vanessa has had experience with several instruments including drums and auxiliary percussion, violin, flute, and vocal training. She has performed in both bands and chamber ensembles. This piano teacher has been certified as an Elementary and Intermediate Teaching Specialist by the Royal Conservatory of Music. She works to bring her students a well-rounded musical education, with lessons that include both music theory and history. Vanessa is a highly qualified piano teacher who values an educational experience that combines work with fun. She has taught students of all ages, including adults, and enjoys bringing a variety of musical styles, including pop, jazz, Disney and film music to each lesson.
