Our online piano teacher, Katie, offers classical piano lessons for ages 4 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor’s in Piano Performance and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. She has been teaching piano lessons since 1995. Praised as " one of the most outstanding talents coming up today," this American pianist is capturing the attention of audiences throughout the world for her innovative musical personality, poetic interpretations, and graceful, charming stage presence. Katie's greatest pianistic influence came from her studies with the celebrated French pianist Pascal Rogé, and she is particularly distinguished as an interpreter of the music of George Gershwin and Claude Debussy. This piano teacher has appeared in concert throughout the USA, Europe, Canada, the Middle East, Russia, and Japan, performing in such famous halls as the Konzerthaus in Berlin, the Prinzregenten Theatre in Munich, and the great hall of the Moscow Conservatory. Katie has recorded multiple albums of piano music, one of which was selected by Lufthansa, Swiss Airlines, and Austrian Airlines for their in-flight entertainment programs on flights all over the world. This piano teacher is a Steinway Artist and was a recipient of the Steinway Top Teacher Award for excellence in music instruction. Her extensive performance career combined with more than 20 years of teaching experience allows Katie to offer dedicated and inspirational piano instruction, catered to her student’s individual goals and aspirations.
