About Karin
Our online piano teacher Karin offers classical piano lessons for ages 12 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Master of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Karin has been teaching piano lessons since 2007. In her career, she has performed as a soloist, a chamber musician, and also in opera productions. This piano teacher is in fact a Rèpètiteur (Opera Coach), and the blending of these two skills adds depth to her understanding of expert musical style and techniques. Karin has worked with many different instrumentalists, in both Eastern and Western styles, and has worked with orchestras as both a performance pianist and a coach. As a piano accompanist, she has been working with singers in opera rehearsals as well as in classes and concert performances. Over the years, she has won many competitions and scholarships in China. This piano teacher has a long history of teaching students of many ages. She is excited to meet people who are passionate about music making from all around the world.
