About Karl

Our online piano teacher, Karl, offers classical piano lessons for ages 12 and above, from intermediate to very advanced levels. This piano teacher has a Master of Music degree, and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. He has been teaching piano lessons since 2010. In his career, this piano teacher has performed in many renowned concert venues such as Estonia Concert Hall, Estonian National Opera, Gasteig in Munich, Verdi House in Milan, Arlberg1800 Concert Hall, Rosengarten in Mannheim, and others. He was the Artistic Director of the chamber music series Plathners Eleven in Hanover, Germany, during which time he organized concerts, and performed with many internationally acclaimed classical musicians. He also has extensive experience accompanying singers, string, and woodwind players on piano. This piano teacher has taken part in improvisation and jazz courses, and written transcriptions for piano from Star Wars soundtracks. He won the Symphoniacs competition in the piano category, which led to a performance with the Symphoniacs ensemble in Mannheim, Germany. With his vast knowledge and experience as a classical pianist, occasional experience with jazz, pop and free improvisation, and positive and energetic attitude, this piano teacher offers well-rounded and inspiring piano lessons for each of his students.
