Kiarash: Online Piano Teacher
Our online piano teacher Kiarash offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 6 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Royal Conservatory of Music Level 5 Certification and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Kiarash has been teaching piano lessons since 2023. In his career, this piano teacher has performed a number of solo piano recitals, the most recent of which was at the Tribute Communities Recital Hall in York University. The recital featured 15 of his original piano pieces, mainly in the genres of modern classical, cinematic, and jazz/blues. All of his public performances are under the stage name 'Kaman.’ Kiarash also has a long history of playing in various bands as a piano and keyboard player. He co-founded a rock band called Ario in Iran, which performed multiple live shows featuring original and cover songs. He also performed with the Persian rock band Chapar and is now a member of a band called Mystical Harmony based in Mississauga. The band plays regular gigs in bars and restaurants, featuring songs in various genres such as rock, blues, pop, soul, and reggae. From his experience in bands, Kiarash has gained skills as a piano accompanist, accompanying vocalists, guitarists, and other instruments over the years. He is also a talented composer and won a second-place award for his original song “Daydreaming” at the Red Maple Music Competition. He also composed a short piano piece for a Persian movie called “Atash Baran.” As a music educator, Kiarash offers lessons that draw from his extensive background that spans a variety of genres and skillsets. From performing in bands, composing, recording, releasing and performing original music, leading student bands, and teaching group and private lessons, Kiarash has the experience, enthusiasm, and patience necessary to teach piano to both kids and adults.
